Radical Storage is a global leader in the travel tech space, offering a luggage storage network present in over 80 countries and 1,000+ cities. Founded in 2017, the company saw rapid growth post-COVID, with a strong presence in the European market and a team of 80+ employees. Their mission is to remove friction from travel by enabling travelers to safely store their bags while exploring.

The Challenge

As Radical Storage entered a phase of aggressive expansion, they faced two major bottlenecks:

Scalability of outbound sales: Their internal commercial team was primarily on-field and unable to cover all high-opportunity regions, especially for seasonal markets like summer travel destinations.

Lack of time and bandwidth to build a remote inside sales function internally (hiring, onboarding, tooling, etc.), despite having the budget to do so.

The Solution

Radical Storage partnered with OutboundHub to outsource a portion of their outbound efforts, specifically focusing on high-potential Italian locations ahead of the summer season. The aim was to rapidly acquire new local business partners in hard-to-reach destinations through outbound calls, objection handling, and tailored pitches.

Implementation & Execution

Outlining the strategic objectives and initial project scope. OutboundHub began with a product onboarding and training phase, followed by live coaching and roleplays.

Rollout Phases

  • A dedicated communication channel (WhatsApp) was set up for fast iteration and real-time feedback.
  • The pitch and ICP were continuously fine-tuned, with proactive support from the OutboundHub team, particularly the account manager Anna, to ensure messaging was aligned with Radical Storage’s value prop.

The setup was completed within a few weeks, and OutboundHub started booking qualified leads and partners almost immediately by cold calling
